I don’t know why they’re so concerned. They can’t use money anyways.

But if I won the lotto, I’d use it to start my own indie animation and publishing company. That way, I can churn out animated projects and fine pieces of literature for the whole family, and with a teeny bit of luck, take down these unethical industry titans.

I don’t worry about it because it’s not very likely to happen.

I’ve had a family member who really thought she would win the lottery, and even itemized the things she would do with the money. Then someone at work said they would win the lottery and give me some of it. I tried to tell him that he had a higher chance of getting struck by lightning than winning the lottery. Then he told me to be careful, or he might not give me the money, but that doesn’t increase his chances. Everyone thinks they’re special, and they deserve good things.

I don’t play the lottery, but I did get an inheritance. I quit working for a few years, tried to better my life, but realized I needed more math training to get the kind of software job I would have wanted.

True. Most people who win the lottery have no idea how to handle money.

I’d say, “How can that be? I never entered.”

I stopped buying tickets after I retired. I have no need to escape my current situation anymore.
