    8k isn’t worth paying extra for. If you have a 50 inch TV, you can’t tell the difference between 4k and 8k if you’re more than about 3 feet (90 cm) away from the TV. Even with an 80 inch TV, you still have to be closer than about 4 feet to see the difference, while the minimum recommended viewing distance is considerably longer – about 5 (1.5 meters) feet for a 50 inch TV and 8 feet (2.4 meters) for an 80 inch TV.

    High resolution cameras allow you to zoom in on details and still avoid grainy video.

    I would suggest anyone who has or feels the need for an 80 inch, might want to get some sort of life other than watching TV.
