I think this strip goes on haitus whenever Dana isn’t home. Somehow, Phoebe and her Unicorn is still getting daily updates, even though it’s not all reruns like this.
i find this as a nostalgia trip rather than a rerun….i still remember every strip she made….
but if you want to follow the story arcs and understand some stuff……… go for the page with the same name of the webcomic :Dalso you are going to see pretty neat art
