It’s so pretty, how it makes everything look all… faded and grey.

Let’s watch cartoons while our butts dry.

Even our cat, who HATES moving air likes to sit near NOT “on” the heat vent after she comes in.

“Let’s go home and wring about 3 liters of rainwater from our tails.”

Speaking of which, Millie’s pony tail. Never noticed it in the past. Have I ever seen them from behind before? I can’t recall

I hated wearing shoes, even in the winter when my feet got cold. So I would lie on my back in front of the kitchen heating vent with my feet on the vent until the whole room smelled of feet.

When I was younger rainy days were fun. Then I sat in the mud and jungle of Southeast Asia where it rained nearly ever night…we never dried out. Just became hot and wet. It wasn’t fun but it was a part of the job.

She looks so cute in her rain gear.

My house is my castle; and a good blizzard, or thunderstorm, turns the entire world into a giant security blanket.
