A little pool party never hurt anyone.

Here in Boston, dogs aren’t allowed in the frog pond on the common.

I love Schroeder doing a cannonball.

CB should have jumped in the pool with Snoopy. The rest of the gang didn’t mind sharing it with the dog.

OK, WHY do you have to empty the water after Snoopy gets in?

Simple way to clear out the pool: toss an unwrapped O Henry! bar in there.

And Snoopy’s over there going “Bleah!” ☺

So much for swimming laps …

I can’t stand it!

When I was a kid I had a Whammo! Water Wiggle. It was this kind of plastic head with a nozzle at the bottom. The commercials showed it jetting up in the air and bouncing all around with kids running underneath it and having a great time.

In real life , this thing just shot up and stayed on the ground, spasming like a French soccer player trying to get a penalty kick.

These were the good old days when getting a new toy guaranteed stitches or a trip to the ER.
