Hound isn’t so bad. Beagles are hounds (hunting dogs), after all.

No wonder he started calling Charlie Brown the rounded head kid.

My dog is female and I sometimes call her my batch.

When did they start calling Snoopy a beagle?

Snoopy, “You ain’t nothin’ but a hound dog”! :D

Mutt I would take offense too as well Snoopy!

It was a different vernacular back in the 50s.

At our house, they’re referred to as the ladies.

“Your Highness” is the proper form of address.

Charlie B usually treats Snoopy with more respect.

“Mutt” may be regarded as a put-down by people who are fans of purebreds. But, mutts can make the best dogs.

Hound doesn’t seem like a putdown, under the circumstances

Snoopy discovers the world of synonyms.

Call me anything you want, but don’t call me “late for dinner”…

Is this the first time Charlie Brown considers Snoopy a pet?
