In my city the other day there was a man who was carrying his young son, about 7, double on one of those wretched e-scooters. People ride them in the bike lanes and go way too fast. Our bike lanes are part of the sidewalk; guy hit the curb too fast and spilled his kid into the roadway. Not only was the kid hurt, Daddy got fined big time for both the too-fast, the carry-double And endangering his son’s life by being an idiot.
Keep this in mind if you ever think about getting married, Charlie Brown. If you end up getting divorced (and there’s a 50-60% chance that you will), history will repeat itself.
