I was never sad to see Patty, Violet, and Shermy ride off into the sunset.

In 2009, American fitness trainer Joey Motsay set the world record for marathon rope-jumping, 33 hours and 20 minutes without a break.

In 2023, 16-year-old Zhou Qi of China set the record for most jumps in a minute, at 374 (better than six per second).

Most jumps in 24 hours is 168,394 (7000 per hour, 116 per minute), Sella Rosa Sega of Japan, 2019.
