Patty and Snoopy sit in an armchair. Patty announces, "All right, Charlie Brown...We're ready... start the concert." Violet stands next to her.<BR><BR> "Half the success of a concert lies in a dignified entrance!" Charlie Brown declares as he walks through the door. Schroeder follows him. Charlie Brown carries a hand-made violin under his arm.<BR><BR> He faces the audience as Schroeder seats himself at the piano. Charlie Brown says, "Schroeder and I will now play the 'Chromatic Fantasia and Fugue' by Bach...The lovely tone of my violin is due to its formerly containing fifty-cent cigars!"<BR><BR> Schroeder plays. Charlie Brown accomanies him with a "Squeak, Squawk, squeak" on the violin.<BR><BR> "Squeak, rasp, aak, sqawk, squeak.." Charlie Brown saws away as Schroeder plays with a flourish.<BR><BR> Patty leans over and whisper to Violet: "That's the worst violin playing I've ever heard!" Violet agrees: "It sounds like he forgot to take the cigars out of the box!"<BR><BR> "BOO! Boo!!" Patty calls. Snoopy sticks his tongue out in disgust. Violet sits on the floor and adds, "That's awful! Let him play by himself!!"<BR><BR> "Well I'll be! I never expected anything like this!" Charlie Brown exclaims.<BR><BR> He leans over to Schroeder and says, "I'm sorry, Schroeder, but I guess they wanmt me to play a solo!"<BR><BR>
