Schroeder and Charlie Brown are sitting on a plank in the field. The latter says, "I always have a hard time remembering my address."<BR><BR> They stand and Schroeder replies, "Mine is 1770 James street."<BR><BR> He whistles as they walk along. Charlie Brown asks, "Say, that's pretty good, Schroeder...how can you remember the number, though?"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown stops and grimaces as Schroeder replies, "That was the year Beethoven was born!" He walks off whistling.<BR><BR>

It seems that the real 1770 James St. in Minneapolis is a 1663 sq. ft. place built in 1923. I believe it was a few houses down from where Charles Schulz himself lived at the time.
