"Rats!" "Rats!" THUMP!! THUMP! Schroeder and Lucy each tumble to the floor with a thud.<BR><BR> "This is the last time I'm going to try..." Schroeder announces. He stands on his head, propped up by Lucy. See answers, "I'll help you get started.."<BR><BR> Schroeder struggles to maintain his balance on his head. His arms flail at his sides frantically. Lucy stands to one side and urges him: "Steady, Schroeder, steady..."<BR><BR> "Rats!" Schroeder cries as he falls back and lands on his head. "What's going on here?" asks Charlie Brown as he and Snoopy walk up to Lucy.<BR><BR> Schroeder sits up. "We're trying to stand on our heads," he explains. "What's so hard about that?" Charlie Brown asks.<BR><BR> WHUMP! Charlie Brown lands on his back with a thud. Schroeder scoffs: "Ha! You're no better than we are!" Lucy points to one side: "Look! Snoopy's doing it! Snoopy's standing on his head!"<BR><BR> "I don't believe it! I'll bet he's cheating!" Charlie Brown says sourly as he sits up. He and Schroeder look to one side...<BR><BR> "See? What did I tell you?" Charlie Brown demands. He stands in profile and points.<BR><BR> "He's holding himself up with his ears!" Charlie Brown declares. He, Schroeder and Lucy surround Snoopy, who stands on his head, balancing on his ear flaps.<BR><BR>
Later he’d use the same technique when sleeping on his rooftop.
