Violet and Charlie Brown are in the field talking. She says, "If you really liked me, Charlie Brown, you'd carve our initials in a tree.." He replies, "All right, I'll just do that..."<br> <br> He starts to carve in a slender trunk. She exclaims, "You're so romantic, Charlie Brown!"<br> <br> She clasps her hands and continues, "Years from now people will see our initials and .."<br> <br> She watches and he jumps as the tree falls over, having split where Charlie Brown carved.<br> <br>
Charlie Brown is gonna be convicted by the National Environmental Association or something. Or whatever organization is in charge of trees and stuff.
