Lucy and Charlie Brown stand afar in the field, watching Linus suck his thumb and hold his blanket. Charlie Brown says, "I feel sorry for Linus...in a few years they'll take that blanket away from him..."<br> <br> He walks along followed by Lucy. He continues, "Then he'll have no more security.. there'll be nothing to turn to..he'll be lonesome, frightened, and..."<br> <br> He stops as Lucy asks, "Like You, Charlie Brown?"<br> <br> She sits on the sidewalk next to him and watches as he blushes deeply.<br> <br>
I actually think I prefer young Lucy.
