Aren't you going to take any?"<br> <br> Lucy goes into a drawer and says, "Of course I am! I always do my part.."<br> <br> She continues, "A neatly tied bundle of used three-cent stamps!"<br> <br>
On August 1, 1958, first class postage increased from 3¢ to 4¢. Just, you know, in case anyone else was wondering.
