It says, 'A piano can strike notes through a range of seven octaves.."<br> <br> She continues, "..A child's toy piano has in comparison, a range of only one octave and is virtually useless as a musical instrument because of that."<br> <br> Schroeder tests the octaves on his piano, playing a complex and full range of notes.<br> <br> He replies, "Go on..what else does it say?"<br> <br>
