Lucy explains, "Each generation must be able to blame the previous generation for its' problems . . ."<BR><BR> Lucy continues, "It doesn't solve anything, but it makes us feel better!"<BR><BR>

But Charlie and Sally are siblings, so they’re in the same generation. But I guess it makes Lucy feel better to give bad advice.
