    Yes, Lucy is a QUNITESSENTIAL example of a “negative”-natured individual, who claims to be perfect in every way, and thus, is so BLIND to her own faults, in her nature. Still, she could still be cute in terms of appearance, BUT NOT in terms of NATURE, and you can tell her nature, is what Charlie Brown is referring to, here, by telling her that she could NEVER qualify as cute.
