Charlie Brown in holding a snow shovel and he is at the door step of Violet's house saying to Violet, "Ask you mother if she wants her sidewalk shoveled" <br> <br> Charlie Brown puts his hand up and yells to Violet, "Tell her I'll do it for only eighty-five dollars!" <br> <br> Violet comes back out to the front porch and says to a waiting Charlie Brown, "She says she'll give you fifty cents..." Charlie Brown replies, "It's a deal!" <br> <br> "I'm not much for haggling.." says Charlie Brown as he starts clearing the sidewalk. <br> <br>

Well according to Google $85 in 1965 is equivalent to almost $500 today (2024) so that’s pretty high to have your driveway shoveled!
