Snoopy lies on toip of his doghouse. It is night.<BR><BR> It snows on Snoopy.<BR><BR> "Good grief! It snowed last night!" Snoopy thinks. He is completely covered in snow.<BR><BR> "So here I am covered by a soft blanket of snow... I think I'll leap up and scatter it in all directions..."<BR><BR> "But what if it ISN'T a soft blanket of snow?"<BR><BR> "What if i'm covered with a sheet of ICE? What if I'm trapped so I can't move?"<BR><BR> "I've got to leap up! I'll count to three and then leap up...one, two..what if it IS ice? I'll be doomed! They won't find my 'til next spring!"<BR><BR> "But that's nonsense! It must be a soft blanket of snow! I can just leap up, and scatter it in all directions! but what if it IS ice?!"<BR><BR> "I'll bet it's ice! I'll bet I'm trapped! I'll bet I'm already frozen to death! I'll bet I'm..'<BR><BR> Lucy hits him with a broom. "HEY, STUPID, WAKE UP! You're covered with snow!" She starts clearing the doghouse. [PANEL 11]: Snoopy lies on his stomach and thinks, "I'll never learn to make my own decisions."<BR><BR>
