Charlie Brown lies in bed, asleep.<BR><BR> Snoopy lies on top of his doghouse. It is raining.<BR><BR> Snoopy runs through the rain.<BR><BR> Snoop peeks in Charlie Brown's window; Charlie Brown is fast asleep.<BR><BR> Snoopy runs.<BR><BR> He pokes his head through the mail slot at the door.<BR><BR> He looks in at Charlie Brown's window again.<BR><BR> He peeks throught he mail slot.<BR><BR> Snoopy reaches an arm through the slot. He tries to grab the doorknob.<BR><BR> Snoopy peeks in at Charlie Brown's window once more. [PANEL 11] Rap! Rap! Snoopy bangs on the window. Charlie Brown is jolted awake. [PANEL 12]: Snoopy is fast asleep in bed next to Charlie Brown, who grumbles, "Now I'm wide awake, and my whole room smells like a wet dog!"<BR><BR>

Not to be obvious here, Snoopy, but have you tried sleeping INSIDE your doghouse when it rains?

I also have never understood this. Everyone knows what a wonderful, well-appointed home Snoopy has, yet he almost never goes inside it.
