Yeah. I’m gonna read the Kalevala, but I need something I can wedge under the armchair to stop it rocking. This magazine should be thick enough to do the job. Oh, and the missus can read it when I’m done with it, I suppose.

Fortunately, the self-checkout machines do not ask you anything about heavy reading. No wonder they replaced most of the world-famous grocery clerks.
