Lucy approaches and asks, "What's this about our favorite sport?"<BR><BR> Linus replies, "The latest poll shows that football is favored my 36% of the fans, baseball 21%, basketball 8%, bowling 4%, hockey 3% and so on . . ."<BR><BR> Lucy says, "Well?" Linus says, "Well, what?"<BR><BR> Linus tumbles in the air. Lucy shouts, "Well, what about kissing and hugging?!"<BR><BR>

Those weren’t being done competitively in the 1970s, Lucy, so they wouldn’t have qualified as sports.
