Linus sits on the ground, smiling at Woodstock and a bird friend as they approach.<BR><BR> Pat pat pat. Linus pats them on the head.<BR><BR> Lucy walks up behind Linus and demands, "What in the world are you doing?"<BR><BR> Linus turns to look up at her and explains: "Patting birds on the head...I have found that whenever I get really depressed, patting birds on the head cheers me up..."<BR><BR> He turns back to the birds and continues: "The birds also seem to like it." The birds sigh in appreciation.<BR><BR> Lucy, with her hands on her hips, pronounces, "There are other ways to cure depression..you don't have to pat birds on the head!"<BR><BR> "SO CUT IT OUT!!" Lucy stalks off. The birds think, "!" "!"<BR><BR> The birds march angrily.<BR><BR> Boot. One bird, standing on the other's head, kicks Lucy from behind.<BR><BR>
Linus hasn’t patted birds on the head for years now.
