Charlie Brown holds a letter and reads, "As I said, my sister's son is a disappointment."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown continues to read, "They say he's a registered beagle."<BR><BR> Belle's son walks past Snoopy. He is very tall and very thin.<BR><BR> Snoopy thinks, "I think he looks more like the 'Pink Panther.'"<BR><BR>
Funny enough, Bill Melendez Productions (the animation company behind the “Peanuts” specials and movies at that time) often used the same sound editors as DePatie-Freleng Enterprises (the animation company that created the Pink Panther), so the sound effects were usually nearly identical!
