A writer doesn’t need such a place, but what writer wouldn’t want such a place? Me, I want a large office with three of the walls given over to bookshelves, and a humongous desk with lots of storage on the fourth, and a big picture window showing a tranquil natural scene. Ocean, mountains, woods, whatever. [sigh]
