Peppermint Patty stands in the field and watches Charlie Brown run by flying his kite.<BR><BR> He sticks his tongue out as he flies the kite. He stops and grimaces as the string slackens.<BR><BR> The string is resting on Peppermint Patty's nose, who says,"Your kite string is tangled around my nose, Chuck..."<BR><BR> She continues as he stares at her,"This isn't very flattering, Chuck."<BR><BR> She asks,"I suppose if I had a cute little nose like a beauty queen, this wouldn't have happened, but none of us can help the way we look, can we, Chuck?"<BR><BR> She grimaces and says,"Get your kite string off my nose, Chuck!"<BR><BR> She walks off saying,"Thank you...now, I hope the others are as understanding as I was..." He holds the string and asks her retreating back,"Others?"<BR><BR> Snoopy and Woodstock sit atop the doghouse with string wrapped around their noses.<BR><BR>
Snoopy’s nose is hard to miss.
