Snoopy wears a hat and carries a fishing pole. He walks by Lucy and Linus. Lucy asks, "How can that stupid dog go fishing without a license?" Linus asks, "How, indeed?"<BR><BR> Linus faces Lucy and says, "He isn't allowed to vote nor enter the average hotel lobby . . . He cannot own even a library card . . ."<BR><BR> Linus continues, "He is denied the practice of law and medicine, and the scriptures speak poorly of his kind!"<BR><BR> Linus asks, "Why should he buy a fishing license?" Lucy asks, "Why indeed?"<BR><BR>
