Peppermint Patty walks with Marcie and says, "That's a nice football you have there, Linus."<BR><BR> Marcie asks, "Shall I give him the statistics, sir?"<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty and Marcie stand in front of Linus. Marcie continues, "In 1978, the average budget for intercollegiate athletics for men was $717,000, but for women it was only $141,000."<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty and Marcie walk away. Peppermint Patty carries the football. Linus stands alone and sighs.<BR><BR>

Well, when you consider that Men’s sports bring in hundreds of times more money to a university than women’s sports, there is a definite link there. School support what feeds them.

They acknowledge what year it is (or what year it WAS,) but they never age, havent they realized they’ve been 8 for more than a decade?
