Charlie Brown continues to hold the card out and replies,"It's a Valentine I made for the little red-haired girl...I want you to look it over..."

As they continue on their way, they walk pass Snoopy and Woodstock sitting on a bench. Linus asks Charlie Brown as the latter continues to hold the card out to him,"What for?" Charlie Brown replies,"Because I was so nervous when I was making it...I want to be sure I didn't write something stupid..."

Charlie Brown holds the envelope and watches as Linus reads the card. He says,"Well, it looks fine to me, Charlie Brown...you drew a nice heart, and you wrote, 'Happy Valentine's Day' and you signed it very nicely..."

Charlie Brown asks,"How about her name on the envelope?" Linus looks at it and replies,"You got that right...wait a minute...what's this on the back?"

Charlie Brown replies,"I don't know...I was so nervous...I can't remember...." Linus says,"I think you'll probably want to change this...":

Charlie Brown closes his eyes and grimaces as Linus shows him the envelope and says,"Do not open until Christmas."
