Peppermint Patty sits at her desk asleep. Marcie sits behind her with a miniature carousel in her hands. She asks,"Me?"<BR><BR> As Peppermint Patty starts to snore, Marcie says,"Yes, Ma'am, it's a music box.....it has a little carousel that goes around and around"<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty's head leans back onto Marcie's desk. Marcie says,"My dad brought it back from Switzerland.....I think I should put it where everyone in class can see it...."<BR><BR> She places it atop Peppermint Patty's nose.<BR><BR> As the kids gather around Peppermint Patty to look at the carousel, a little boy exclaims,"Wow! Look at that!" Another boy says,"Look at the face" Another boy concludes,"It looks almost human"<BR><BR> A little girl says,"I think the nose is the best part" A girl standing next to her agrees,"You're right...the nose is very realistic" A little boy says,"I wonder how the music box goes around, but the nose stands still...." Peppermint Patty awakes and looks at the carousel atop her nose.<BR><BR> She sits up at her desk as Marcie sits behind her holding the carousel. The latter says,"That's the best grade I ever got in 'Show and Tell,' sir..." Peppermint Patty replies,"I hate you, Marcie!"<BR><BR>
