The literary ace sits atop his doghouse typing. He types,"Dear Spike, how have you been?" He continues typing,"Write when you have time, Your brother, Snoopy"<BR><BR> Spike lies on his stomach writing. He writes,"Dear Snoopy, Life here on the desert is hard but wonderful."<BR><BR> He flops on a rock under the broiling sun with his tongue hanging out. He writes,"Sometimes it is very hot"<BR><BR> He sits under a blanket. He writes,"And the nights can be very cold."<BR><BR> He lies in a pool of water, under a torrent of rain, holding on to his hat. He writes,"Sometimes we have rain and sudden flash floods."<BR><BR> He sits, buried in snow, next to a cactus; the snow is falling. He writes,"Sometimes it even snows."<BR><BR> He sits atop a mound looking out over the desert. He writes,"But there are always beautiful places to walk and things to see."<BR><BR> He sits looking at a sheet of paper in his hand, whiles his hat is hangs on the cactus next to him. He writes,"I always have a place to hang my hat."<BR><BR>
