Linus sits on the grass sucking his thumb and holding his blanket. Snoopy peeks out from behind a tree that Linus is sitting near to.<BR><BR> Snoopy slouches on the ground and crawls forward.<BR><BR> As he crawls to Linus and opens his mouth to snatch the blanket, Linus snaps, "Keep away from this blanket you stupid beagle, or you and your kind will regret it forever!"<BR><BR> Linus continues, "Mountains will rise from the sea! Fires will rage from border to border! Famine will destroy the flocks and herds!"<BR><BR> He continues, "Midwives will despair, and there will be much weeping and wailing..."<BR><BR> He screams as Snoopy rushes by and clomps down on the blanket, dragging him along.<BR><BR> Snoopy swings the blanket and Linus around and around.<BR><BR> Snoopy walks away from a dazed, fallen Linus thinking, "I had to do it before he got to the locusts..."<BR><BR>

If Snoopy knows whats going to happen why is he always scared to take his blanket?
