He says, "I spend half my life standing around waiting for him.."<BR><BR> He continues, "This happens every time we go for a walk..."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown faces Snoopy, who is engrossed in a paper at the newstand: "He always has to stop and look through all the out-of-town papers.."<BR><BR>
