This sounds like a reference to Matthew 25:21, from the parable of the talents. When one of the slaves takes his five talents and gains five more for his master, “His master said to him: ‘Well done, good and faithful slave! You were faithful over a few things. I will appoint you over many things. Enter into the joy of your master.’”
