Charlie Brown says, "And it says here that no one has been known to have been struck by a falling meteorite . ."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown follows Linus as he walks away and says, "Although a dog was killed in Egypt by a meteorite years ago . ."<BR><BR> Snoopy looks glum and thinks, "What do they mean, 'although' a dog?"<BR><BR>

Charlie Brown (Charles Schulz) is wrong. On 30 november 1954 Ann Hodges of Sylacauga, Alabama was hit by a meteorite in her own house. Until now she’s the only person known to have been hit.
