Lucy: Hey, manager! Have you ever noticed how the people in the stands really don't know what we're saying when we have these conferences on the mound? All they have to go by is the way we wave our arms. See, I point to the outfield and they think I'm talking about something out there... Or I can hold up two fingers, and they think I'm saying that there's two outs now, and we have to get this next hitter... No one in the stands can tell what I'm really saying... Schroeder: What is it that you're really saying? Lucy: I think you're kind of cute! Schroeder: I can't stand it! Charlie Brown: Sigh
