CB says, ‘Good Grief.’ While he was whimpering about his thumb, Snoopy should have said, ‘Good Grief,’ and told him to fly his kite. (Even if he can’t)
Every once in while, Lucy proves she’s not just a total witch with a capital B. Someone needed to talk some sense into Charlie Brown. Well done, Lucy. Such a shame you didn’t do it more often.
Lucy has a good excuse to be contrary this go-around. I’m still convinced she (and her type of personality) enjoys being contrary more than being right and helpful. It just so happens this time her point is worth considering.
Why does Charlie Brown blame Snoopy for his cut thumb? It’s his fault for opening the can wrong. I remember this strip vaguely. But i had so many Peanuts comics paperbacks, I can’t keep track of them all.
@Number three:I have had a tetanus vaccine which lasts for 5 years, costs 3.50 euros and can be done in a drug store here. It makes me feel safe as I am an electrician and small cuts happen often. I don’t mind injections, though, ditto for my cat (she had her rabies shot last week).

Actually, Snoopy, you’re not the martyr— Charlie Brown is for going on and on about his thumb all week!

I hope Charlie Brown’s tetnaus shot didn’t hurt yesterday.
I had to have my Polio/Tetanus/Diphtheria vaccination 2 years ago as I had missed my last booster.
Ughhh… I hate injections.
Poor Snoopy… He’s too kind hearted.
