No worries Linus, you can always move in with Snoopy. I’m sure he has a guest suite and a hot tub.

When I was away from my family like that, I worried that they would all be killed in a car accident and I’d never hear about it till I got back home.

It happened to my husband when he was 17. He went to see his father in Europe for 3 weeks; when he came back, his mother had sold the house and moved. He found out when, after no one picked him up at the airport, he got to the house and his key didn’t fit in the lock; when he knocked, a stranger answered the door.

Don’t worry, Linus. They would only do that to Lucy.

Hey, that happened to an aunt of mine! She was away for the weekend staying with some friends. My grandparents apparently were in the habit of just picking up and moving at the drop of a hat and they chose this particular weekend to do just that. When my aunt got back, the house was empty!

& I thought I was the only with those fears as a child.

Sounds like a good way to find yourself living alone.

I still think: THANK LUCY FOR THAT.

My mother-in-law did this to us. Unfortunately, my wife found her.

This happened to a friend of mine. Came back from camp and his family had moved while he was gone.

Well, at least you may not have to deal with Lucy anymore, and really, Linus, getting a little paranoid there?

Happened to me one time.After a week at Boy Scout Camp -One of my Scouts family moved with no forwarding address. He lived with me for 2 weeks until I located his family.
