And Linus was saying yesterday that dogs do strange things?

Luckily Linus didn’t portray Little Jack Horner who sat in a corner eating his Christmas pie and sticking in his thumb and pulling out a plum and then saying “What a good boy am I”.

I sucked my thing a couple times when I was a child. I never understood the concept. It didn’t taste like anything. Now I think it’s just a habit for certain children.

Lucy: That explains it. I was wondering why there were fingerprints in the ice cream.

There’s a ton of stuff on that thumb, alright, and only some of it is ice cream.

When he grows up, a lot of girls will want a taste of his thumb…

But you never know where else it’s been!

I never sucked my thumb when I was Linus’ age.

Instead I picked my nails. I’m not a nail biter like my Mum but my nails get on my nerves when they grow too long which is why I have to pick them.
