Some cats would kill some dogs.

Snoopy lives next door to Bucky Katt?

Snoopy is all (bark) and no (bite). It’s a good thing he thinks things through.

Then the neighbors would get you for bothering their kitten…

Like I’ve said before, dogs bite, but cats shred…

POW! RIGHT IN THE KISSER!

Cats do have weapons at the end of their paws to protect them from dog’s teeth and superior strength. I have seen dogs pick up a cat and give it a good shake or three. End of cat, pretty fast.

I read that Schulz never actually showed the cat for two reasons: (1) he didn’t want to put Snoopy in the position of having to act like a real dog, and (2) he couldn’t draw cats.

The only cat I’ve ever seen in Peanuts is the one Frida use to have. It laid across her arms like a limp noodle.

So Snoopy is a cowardly would-be bully?

I’ve seen World War II at work. His claws make Wolverine’s look like butter knives.

Maybe it was after that that he realized he couldn’t draw cats.
