Yes, for our 25th; but our “reception” was held in our church’s hall during “coffee hour” after service. My husband doesn’t dance anyway: in 30+ years, we’ve danced together exactly 3 times: our wedding, my parents’ 50th anniversary (the anniversary dance), and his 25th high school reunion.
My all-time favorite Linus/Sally strip was when Linus was debating about someday dating Sally, and talking to Charlie Brown about it. “I’m five years older than she is. That might not seem like much now, but good grief, don’t you realize that when I’m 95 she’ll only be 90?!!!!”
Linus is a great friend and everything, but he should know better. He is always annoyed with Sally following him around, and he;s just given her more motivation to do so.
