Funny how in yesterday’s Peanuts Begins, it was Lucy the one hoping to marry him. So many things change. If only CB would just realize how recognized he is. Not only one, but two girls have a crush on him, and he’s too focused on his own crush and insecurities to even realize that.
I think somebody once posted that Charlie Brown will be a happily married grandpa while Lucy will be going through her third divorce and second face lift.
That reminds me some fanfic I crashed into while googleing for Peanuts fan art, about Lucy getting pregnant with Schroeder’s baby, and after being dumped, marrying CB. At the end she realized she loved him.
Who wants to get married? Take the single life any day! No distractions, no heartbreak, no making sacrifices. Couldn’t think of anything better. But that’s just me.
