Medical terminology for “I can’t help you, and I don’t know who can, but I want your bill anyway!”
There was a strip in which Lucy provided CB with a list of his faults. This was followed by a list of his shortcomings.
“I am here for diagnoses, you’ll need specialists for cures.”
Sounds like just about every specialist I’ve seen – can’t help you – see sp #2, nope, see sp #3, nope, back to your pcp ….ping-pong patient

I see this strip is from after inflation hit Lucy. 7 cents instead of the previous 5. 40% increase! Sounds like Obamacare.
Charlie Brown is closer to a cure than most of society. He has admitted to himself and someone else that he has flaws.
