42? Woodstock must be a Douglas Adams fan.

A bit of trivia: A dog’s normal body temperature range is 101 to 102.5 degrees F.

42 Celsius? Isn’t that a high fever? I heard that death is imminent at 45 C.

That is NOT how you take a dog’s temperature, CB. You Vet should have instructed you in the proper method.

In all the decades of reading Peanuts, I never noticed Schulz inserting personal notes the way Kelly did on his bayou boat.

You have to be quick of getting the correct temperature. It, the temperature, can be feeting from where it should be.

Charlie should get one of those no-contact instant thermometers…

Or the thermometer was marked in Celsius, in which case he has a temperature of 107.6 Fahrenheit.

Hope this isn’t a problem for temperature checks now. (And I’d like to join in wishing Schulz’s daughter Amy a happy birthday, too. Her grandson was also voice over actor in ‘The Peanuts Movie’ in 2015.)

CB’s thermometer is marked in Fahrenheit because Snoopy said “cold” feet.

Happy Birthday Amy Johnson (nee Schulz). 64 on Wednesday (this originally ran August 5, 1973 and is the first strip Schulz posted a birthday wish to his daughter Amy in)

If it’s centigrade, Snoop has a high fever.

But since he’s using a human thermometer, Snoopy’s actual temperature is 294 degrees.

A nice way of letting your daughter know you are thinking of her while on the job.
