People who have Twitter accounts were put on this earth to make the rest of us feel superior.

Twitter has only the power we allow it to have

As I have said before, I think Twitter is wonderful. Never before, in the history of human communication, have so many people of such little importance been able to reveal their total idiocy to so many. It used to be just the privilege of celebrity.

Goat, forget this listening business. It will only confuse you. Form your opinions, and then stick to them regardless of facts, reason, or the stupid ideas of other people.

Who wants Twitter? It’s looking like not even Elon Musk want Twitter.

I will say I have Twitter and I rarely comment but when I do, it’s usually a BOOP! on the nose of a doggie I see on there. Then again, sometimes I just have to call out a moron; of course, that person thinks I am a moron for MY comment. No one wins…

I don’t think so. If they all shout and nobody listens, what’s the problem? Twitters are silent anyway. Even more if, like me, you don’t have an account. The ones with accounts, and listening, are the real problem :D

Never did understand the appeal of Twitter………

Rat realizes that you can’t say much of substance in 280 characters. A slogan isn’t a solution.

Rat is the problem with a lot of things, but none of them have to do with our country.

How can anyone hear over the shouters when they don’t have the common sense to listen?

I deleted my Twitter account a month ago (also, Reddit). I am MUCH happier as a result.

Twitter has a lot of listeners. Pew research (2019) “The median Twitter user posts just two times a month, but the most prolific 10% of Twitter users in terms of tweet volume produce a median of 138 tweets monthly. In fact, this analysis estimates that the top 10% of tweeters are responsible for 80% of the tweets created by all U.S. adults on Twitter.”

I wonder if Stephan will post this on Twitter.

I actually did create a Twitter account I’m sad to say. It was back in 2012. I sent one Tweet to Craig Ferguson hoping to get it read on The Late Late Show. At this I failed. Deleted the app and haven’t touched it since. Don’t even remember the login. I wonder if it still exists?

If a message on Twitter is called a Tweet, would the sender then be a Twit?
