Book banning encourages kids to read them.
When did 1984 get banned? I mean, I hate that book with a fiery passion (I’m now afraid of rats, thank you SO much, Orwell), but it’s still a very important book. It definitely encourages readers to pay attention to what the government is doing.
And I guess I just answered my own question.
