I love the idea. I would go with a different food but we all have our preferences. Definitely go for it.

Main stream candy bars are really terrible these days with all the HFCS, bad chocolate, palm oil, and milk solids in them. But you are talking Ghirardelli or from a local artisan manufacture then I am all in.
