Is that a description of the gourd, or the name of the species?

Perhaps Marigold can help with the carving. That horn seems more capable of doing things than just magic.

By the way? Can I just say? The way Phoebe tilts her head up and to the side in both the second and third panels is enormously cute.

I think a butternut would be perfect to carve a unicorn

    So what’s needed is a Marigourd? ;-)

Hmm…the setting seems too suburban to have a “23rd” close by.

What? We don’t get to find out what the 3rd superpower is?

I Googled “organic co-op on 23rd,” and got a location at the University of Florida.

I have never thought of a gourd as elegant.

i was walking on the bike path in Santa Cruz a couple years ago, and somebody had smashed a metric grip of elegant gourds from their hilltop, freeway-side mansion.

I was flabbergasted, so i took as many as i could and ate them. they were dank.

who smashes elegant gourds? from a free-wayside mansion? On to a bikepath? I mean REALLY!
