Well, there goes the neighborhood.

I want to see that appear on a real estate listing.

It means pixies and fae will gather freely at Phoebe’s house. And as we know, pixies are all about curiosity and pranks… and trying to “help” in ways that aren’t so helpful in our world. “Phoebe really hates school. Let’s disintegrate her school books and remove her from her teacher’s mind. PROBLEM SOLVED!”

Fortunately pixies aren’t powerful. They use mainly low-magic because they don’t have the concentration of the fae. Equally fortunate is the fae do try to keep the pixies in line… but without much success.

Yes, dwagons knows pixies. We likes to join forces and decorate Orc Fortresses wif pink doilies and teddy bears and unicorn statues. I sure they is grateful.

Sylvan is a word meaning woods and glen is a secluded valley. That sounds like a nice place to me.

I never heard of Magical Sylvan Glen. Magical Sylvan Glenn, though, is a prestidigitator who mostly works small venues near forests.
