Mari always hits that Goldilocks spot of being not too conceited (I mean, for a unicorn!) nor too humble—always just right. I suppose it says something about me that my three favorite current comic strip characters are Rat from “Pearls”, Cap’n Eddie from “Non Sequitur”, and Mari.
